You can have a working online shop in about five minutes. This guide walks through each screen so you know what to expect, and what to think about before you click Next.
Before you start
Have these ready. None are required, but they make setup faster:
- A shop name you want customers to remember
- A logo (a square photo works fine) and a banner image
- Your opening days and hours
- The currency you price in, such as Ks or ฿
Step 1: Create your account
Enter your full name, your email and a password. That's it. There is no credit card and no commitment. Each email can only be used for one account.
Step 2: Set up your shop identity
This is the part customers will see.
- Shop name. Use the name your customers already know from Facebook, TikTok or Instagram.
- Shop link. This becomes your address, like zaywalmal.com/your-shop. Keep it short and easy to type. It is the link you will share everywhere, so pick it carefully.
- Logo and banner. Use clear, bright images. Your banner is the first thing people see.
- Colour. Choose a colour that matches your brand.
- Description. Say what you sell and who it's for in two or three sentences. This is also a good place to write how customers can pay you. See our guide on getting paid from your online shop.
Step 3: Hours and settings
- Opening days and hours, or switch on 24 hours if you take orders around the clock
- Tax percent. Leave it at 0 if you don't charge tax
- Currency. Choose the one your prices use
When you finish, your shop goes live straight away.
After you are live
Setting up the shop is only the beginning. Next:
- Add your products. Open Inventory, upload photos from your phone, write short descriptions and set prices and stock.
- Share your link. Put it in your Facebook page, your Instagram and TikTok bio, and in any message where customers ask "how much?"
- Place a test order yourself so you see what your customers see.
