By using ZayWalMal, you agree to these terms. We’ve designed our platform to be a safe, high-quality space for global business owner.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZayWalMal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Prohibited Content

To maintain the integrity of our community, we maintain a strict policy against inappropriate content. You are prohibited from selling or uploading:

  • ✕Illegal items, substances, or regulated goods.
  • ✕Adult content, including pornographic material or sexually explicit imagery.
  • ✕Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

**Right to Terminate:** ZayWalMal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content or shut down any shop that violates these policies without prior notice and without refund.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on ZayWalMal, you are solely responsible for:

  • •The accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
  • •Fulfilling orders and managing customer communication.

4. Payments & Verification

ZayWalMal is not a payment gateway. The seller is strictly responsible for verifying the authenticity of every payment (including bank transfer slips) before shipping items.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

ZayWalMal operates on a manual subscription model. To remain accessible to business owner worldwide, we do not process credit card payments for platform fees.

Manual Deadlines

Sellers must complete their payments manually at the appointed time specified in their dashboard. Proof of transfer may be required.

Shop Suspension

Failure to meet the payment deadline results in your shop being temporarily disabled. Public access to your products will be restricted until the balance is settled.

All manual subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZayWalMal is provided "as is." We shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including loss of data or profit.
