Your shop link only works if people see it. Here are the places to put it, what to say, and a simple reply for every 'how much?' message.

You have a shop link like zaywalmal.com/your-shop. Now the important part: getting people to use it. The best sellers do not rely on one big announcement. They put the link in many small places where customers already look.
Put your link where people already are
- Add the link to your page's About section and to the button at the top of your page, if your page has one.
- Pin a post at the top of your page that says what you sell and shows your link.
- Add the link at the end of product posts: "Order here: your link".
Instagram and TikTok
- Put the link in your bio, or in the website field if your account has one. Where links are allowed can change by account type and country, so check your profile settings.
- Say "link in bio" in your captions and videos.
- Keep your bio short: what you sell, where you are, and the link.
Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp
Many customers message you here. Save your link as a quick reply or a pinned message, and set a short greeting that includes it. If you run a customer group, pin the link at the top.
Answer "how much?" with your link
The question you answer most often is also your best chance to share your link. Write a reply once and reuse it:
Hi! You can see all prices, photos and what is in stock here: [your link]. You can order straight from the page, and I will confirm with you after.
The customer gets the answer immediately, and you save the typing. For the full story, read stop answering "how much?" in your DMs.
Take your link offline
Customers also find you in the real world.
- Make a QR code for your link with any free QR code generator, and print it on a small card.
- Put the card in every parcel and on your counter or market stall.
- Add the link to your packaging, receipts, bags and stickers.
- Write it on the boxes you hand out.
Anyone who buys once should know exactly where to order the next time.
Make the link easy to remember
- Choose a short shop name when you set up your shop. Short, simple links are easier to type and say out loud.
- Avoid unusual spellings and long strings of numbers.
- Use the same name for your shop and your social media accounts.
Give people a reason to click
A link on its own is easy to ignore. Add a reason:
- A short-time deal: "This weekend only, 15% OFF"
- A new arrival: "Just landed. Limited stock"
- A useful detail: "See every colour and size on our page"

Find out what works
Ask new customers where they found you. After a few weeks you will know whether your Facebook posts, your TikTok videos or your printed cards bring the most orders. Put more effort into the one that works.
